Delete your account

One tap. Account, subjects, photos, milestones, training data, integrations — all gone within 24 hours. We don't keep backups for grieving.

Steps

1. 1

   Export first (recommended)

   Run Export data from Settings before deleting — there's no recovery once delete completes.

   Open Settings → Account

   Tap Settings, then Account.

   

3. 3

   Tap Delete account

   Confirm by typing DELETE. Tap Delete permanently.

   

4. 4

   Done within 24 hours

   Account is disabled immediately. All data — subjects, photos, integrations — purged from Firestore and Storage within 24 hours. Nothing kept.
