Create your DenLumen account
Sign up takes about 60 seconds. You'll get a free account that works on iOS, Android, and the web — same login on every device.
First-time setup. You need an email address and password (or Google / Apple sign-in).
Steps

Open DenLumen
Go to denlumen.com or open the app on your phone. Tap Sign up at the bottom of the login screen.

Choose your sign-in method
Email + password is the default. You can also use Continue with Google or Continue with Apple if you'd rather not pick a new password.

Enter your email and a password
Use a real email — we send recovery and account-only messages there. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. No marketing emails, ever.

Accept the disclaimer
DenLumen is a tracking and reference tool — not a substitute for veterinary or medical care. Tap Accept to acknowledge that you'll always check with a professional for medical questions.

Land on the setup wizard
Once your account is created, you'll be sent into the setup wizard to add your first dog, cat, or child. That's covered in the next tutorial.

If something’s off
- If the sign-up button is grayed out, your password might be under 8 characters or the email format is invalid.
- If Google sign-in fails on web, make sure pop-ups are allowed for denlumen.com.
FAQ
Is DenLumen free?
Yes. The full app is free. We earn through affiliate purchases when you choose to buy gear we recommend. We never sell your data.
What information do you collect?
An email address, a password (hashed), and whatever you choose to track about your pets or kids. That's it. See the Privacy page for the full list.
