Walk through the setup wizard
The wizard runs once after sign-up. It captures your first subject, the disclaimer, and an optional household name so multiple caregivers can share the same data later.
Required on first launch. You can skip optional fields and finish in under 2 minutes.

Read the welcome screen
It explains what DenLumen does and what it doesn't do (no medical or vet substitute). Tap Continue.

Accept the disclaimer
Read and accept that DenLumen is an organizational tool grounded in published sources, not a replacement for professional advice.

Add your first subject
Choose dog, cat, or child and fill out name, DOB, and breed. The flow matches the standalone Add subject screen.

Optional: name your household
Give your household a name (e.g. 'The Garcias') if you'd like. This shows up when you invite another caregiver later. Skip if you're solo.

Land on Today
The wizard finishes and drops you on the Today screen with your new subject loaded and the first day's care suggestions ready.
