Recover a locked-out account

Forgot password? Lost access to your sign-in method? Here's how to get back in.

Steps

   Forgot password

   Tap Forgot password on the login screen. A reset link goes to your account email.

   Lost Google or Apple sign-in

   If you signed up with Google/Apple and lost access, email arc04891@gmail.com from any address you can prove ownership of.

   Email doesn't arrive

   Check spam. If still missing after 10 min, email support.

   

4. 4

   Set a new password

   After clicking the reset link, enter a new password (8+ chars). All sessions invalidate; sign in fresh on each device.
