Re-scan Gmail manually

After the initial connect, DenLumen scans automatically every few days. If you just placed an order and want it on the board now, hit Scan now.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Settings → Integrations

   Tap Settings, then Integrations. You should see a 'Connected' chip next to Gmail.

   

2. 2

   Tap Scan now

   The scan runs server-side. Progress shows live (messages found / parsed / added).

   

3. 3

   Wait for completion

   Scans take 1–6 minutes depending on inbox size and how many vendor orders are present.

   

4. 4

   Check Gear

   New items appear with the recent order date and vendor.
