Use the Today screen
Today is the home base. It shows what to do for the current subject right now — feeding, training, meds, milestones, vet reminders — and lets you check things off as you go.
The screen you'll open most often. Designed for quick scan + one-tap actions.

Open Today
Tap the home/Today icon in the sidebar or drawer. The current subject's day is pre-loaded.

Scan the cards
Cards are grouped by type: Care Plan (routines), Reminders (vet, vaccinations, meds), Milestones (today's expected milestones), and Suggestions (age-appropriate tips with citations).

Check off completed tasks
Tap the circle next to any care item to mark it done. Completed items move to the bottom of the card with a strikethrough.

Add a quick milestone
Tap the + button to log a milestone, weight, photo, or note without leaving the Today screen.

Tap a citation to open the source
Any suggestion with a small citation badge can be tapped to read the underlying WSAVA / AAHA / AAP / CDC reference in the Library.
